Prospective SafeHands Flex Care caregivers undergo an exhaustive initial screening process as well as ongoing evaluation. SafeHands Flex Care caregiver candidates complete a detailed personality profile, followed by an in-depth interview process. This process includes verifying the candidate’s past childcare experience as well as CPR, First Aid and other applicable certifications. SafeHands Flex Care conducts criminal, child abuse and driving record background checks. The agency also verifies Social Security numbers and contacts at least three childcare references and one personal reference.
